Withdrawal and Return of Goods Under Section 1829(1) of the Civil Code, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt. Given that physical products (mugs, puzzles) are produced individually based on orders and the operator does not maintain stock, returned goods must be in perfect condition.
The buyer acknowledges that under Section 1833 of the Civil Code, they are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to become familiar with its nature. In the event of returning physically damaged, broken, or worn goods (e.g., broken mug, scratched print, missing puzzle pieces), the seller has the right to compensation for damages and may unilaterally offset this damage against the buyer's refund. In such a case, the refund amount may be reduced to zero.
